Technology should work for the business.

Not the other way around. Covaleon exists to give small businesses technology that is consistent, protected, well supported, and no more complicated than it needs to be.

How technology gets complicated.

No one sets out to build a messy environment. It happens one reasonable decision at a time. A new tool for one team. A quick fix that becomes permanent. A login nobody remembers creating.

  • Another application.
  • Another vendor.
  • Another account.
  • Another workaround.
  • Another subscription.

Eventually nobody understands how everything fits together.

So we do the opposite.

  1. We standardize what should be consistent.

  2. We protect what matters.

  3. We support the people using it.

  4. We keep looking for ways to simplify and improve.

About the name.

Covaleon draws on two ideas. A covalent bond is one of the strongest connections in chemistry: separate parts sharing what they need to become one stable structure. The lion stands for strength, leadership, and dependability.

That’s how we think about IT. Devices, accounts, security, people, and processes should be connected deliberately, so they work as one system. And the business relying on them should have a partner it can depend on.

How we work.

Six principles that shape every recommendation we make and every request we handle.

  • Accessible

You should feel comfortable contacting us, about anything, at any size.

  • Knowledgeable

We understand technology well enough to make clear recommendations.

  • Straightforward

We tell you what we recommend, why, and what it costs.

  • Consistent

Standards and processes produce the same good result every time.

  • Practical

We use technology because it solves a problem, not because it is new.

  • Proactive

We maintain and improve your environment before something fails.
